Grammy Award-winning banjo master Béla Fleck opens CCCA’s 75th Anniversary Season with an evening of extraordinary musical artistry.
Join the Clarksville Community Concert Association as we celebrate our 75th Anniversary Season with Béla Fleck, one of the most innovative and influential musicians of our time.
Through a career spanning bluegrass, jazz, classical, folk, and world music, Fleck has redefined what is possible on the banjo and expanded its role far beyond traditional boundaries. A multiple Grammy Award winner, he first gained international recognition as founder of Béla Fleck and the Flecktones, an ensemble celebrated for its virtuosity, creativity, and genre-defying sound.
Known for his remarkable technical skill and adventurous spirit, Fleck brings audiences performances that are both engaging and deeply expressive. His music combines innovation with accessibility, appealing to longtime music lovers and newcomers alike.
This concert opens CCCA’s Diamond Jubilee Season, celebrating 75 years of bringing exceptional live music to Clarksville and the surrounding region.

Canadian Brass Quintet
February 7, 2027 (Sunday @ 3:00 p.m.)
With a discography of over 130 albums and an extensive worldwide touring schedule, Canadian Brass is a pioneer in bringing brass music to mass audiences. They’ve sold more than 2 million albums globally, including 1.2 million in the Nielsen SoundScan era alone (since 1991). Their 2010 recording Stars & Stripes: Canadian Brass Salute America spent 8 weeks in the Top 25 on the Billboard Classical Chart, peaking at #2.
Sasha Cooke and Jason Vieaux
March 30, 2027 (Tuesday @ 7:30 p.m.)
Mezzo-soprano Sasha Cooke, whose portrayal of Kitty Oppenheimer with the Metropolitan Opera won the Grammy Award for Best Opera Recording, joins Jason Vieaux for selected dates. They have collaborated at Music@Menlo and at the Kennedy Center, and this program focuses on music more naturally suited to the intimate and colorful magic of voice and guitar.
Aaron Diehl, Pianist

Pianist Aaron Diehl has quietly re-defined the lines between jazz and classical, and built a global career around his nuanced, understated approach to music-making. Praised for his “melodic precision, harmonic erudition, and elegant restraint” (The New York Times), and his “traditional jazz sound with a sophisticated contemporary spin” (The Guardian), Diehl has performed with musical giants such as Wynton Marsalis, Cécile McLorin Salvant, Tyshawn Sorey, and Philip Glass, and has been a soloist with the New York Philharmonic, the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the San Francisco Symphony, and the Cleveland Orchestra, working with conductors like Yannick Nézet-Séguin, Marin Alsop, and Alan Gilbert.
